REFUND POLICY

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

NON-ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS FOR RETURNS

Several type of goods cannot be returned, for example;

  • Customized jerseys: This includes jerseys with your personal name and/or number. All customized jerseys are ineligible for exchanges or returns.

  • Any item purchased using a Promo code or received as a gift from Jodansports

  • Customized/team items, club/team orders, large quantity orders cannot be returned.

  • Warm up suit parts - any item sold as a set must be returned as a set.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

LATE REFUNDS (If applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We ask that you carefully try on all gear indoors. Do not remove tags or lose packaging. If your item doesn't fit or simply does not meet your expectations, place it in original packaging, Request and fill out the return sheet and send it back. We will take care of the rest.
  To make sure the item you return is in brand new, re-sellable condition our Returns Department check for the following:

  • Any signs of wear, this includes but is not limited to: grass stains, dirt, markings of any kind, odors or scuffs. 

  • All apparel must have it's original tags attached. Without tags, exchanges or returns will not be accepted. 

 

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

  • Refunds are processed 2-3 business days after we receive and inspect your package. 

  • Refunds are made in the same form as the original payment received. 

  • You will receive an email when your refund is processed. 

HOW DO I RECEIVE MERCHANDISE?

Once you have confirmed that the item you wish to exchange or return is eligible and you have filled out the return sheet enclosed in your order you can send the item(s) back to the address (we will send you the address). You can use the carrier of your choice, shipping cost to us is your responsibility. Retain any tracking numbers and receipts. We cannot be responsible for merchandise lost on route. We do not accept CODs or packages marked "Bill Recipient".

 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

 All items we receive here have gone through extensive quality control inspections by their manufacturers which means we rarely receive defective items. If you receive a defective item in any form, just let us know and we will replace the item in no time, after we received the defective one. Our shoes, balls, jerseys and all other equipment are subjected to the tough and rigorous nature of the game and therefore the wear and tear of these items is inevitable.



If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
